sheyt, kumanta raw ba!? It's just that I dunno where to start or what to say. I guess I was kinda expecting this. It's been a week since my non-compliance from work, actually it was last Wednesday. After that day, I was waiting for the memo to come down. I was really anxious, u know, to get it over with. Finally, that day came. They called me up kanina. When I saw our HR, I already told her what she's gonna say to me. So we went straight to business. She gave me everything they owe me, including payments for my VL & SL.
Question now is, what am I gonna do? Need to find work. Coz my other job's not that sufficient.

guys, is this some kinda pandemic? ako rin dito sa work and school eh, sobrang pressure na talaga, mag-schedule ba naman sa duty ng thurs, friday am?!? ano sila hilo?? hirap naman kausapin ng admin, i'm really begging but they wouldnt give in, (im still holding on though) tapos with work, feeling ko I am overworked, sobrang expectations and responsibilities, kaya feeling ko underpaid ako sa ginagawa ko... =(

Company policy kasi to take lunch before ur 5th hr. Dapat a few mins before and not exactly.
Ayun, first verbal warning - too many guests so I can't just go.
2nd: i clocked out at exactly my 5th. ala talagang patawad.
3rd: that was last Wednesday. Really my fault. Thought I came in @3pm. Usually kasi that's always my sked. Every Wednesday, there's only 2 peepz working in d Photolab. So I came in at 1pm. So ayun. I forgot. I clocked out too late.
I don't know why but I'm kinda relieved that I'm not working there anymore. U know me, I'm too lazy to find work and now I'm forced to do something abt it.
Good thing na rin siguro yun, I feel stucked na rin dun eh.
find another job dha. nakakapraning ang walang ginagawa. pero nakakapraning din ang madaming ginagawa.
fully booked din ako e. both school and office stuffs. dagdag mo pa tong ubo kong walang humpay.
